Family Empowerment Support Group

Did you know that we have a  mental health support group for adults?
The purpose of this group is to empower, enrich & restore the lives of individuals and families. We give people the opportunity to share their stories, feelings, personal experiences, challenges and barriers.  We also discuss goals and aspirations. Together as a group, we come up with coping skills and strategies. Our goal is  for you to leave feeling better than when you came. We hold meetings that are consistent, meaningful, engaging and interesting to the group members. Groups are held virtually.

Mental Health Book Club

Join our book club!

When you read a book you actively engage your mind and enter into a new state of consciousness. Losing yourself in a good book has been shown to reduce depression and stress. lower heart rate and reduce blood pressure. Reading improves literacy, concentration and ones ability to focus. Reading also increases knowledge and improves sleep.

Every two months a new book will be selected by the group to read. We will meet once a month to discuss the book. If you are interested in joining our book club fill out the form below!
